Prevención del acoso escolar como fundamento para la convivencia

The educational entities have the mission of contributing to strengthen the intellectual development of the student, however and in accordance with the provisions of the Political Constitution of Colombia and the General Law of Education, also train them in their behavior, therefore, in the present work of The research sought to analyze the prevention of bullying as a basis for coexistence in elementary school. This research work was carried out with fifth-grade students from the “Institución Educativa Rural María Auxiliadora” in the Andes district of “Guamal Magdalena, Colombia”, based on a mixed approach (quantitative-qualitative) and the descriptive-explanatory method, As a study instrument, a questionnaire was applied to the study subjects, with the prior consent of the parents. From the results where weaknesses are evidenced in the coexistence processes of the actors in the school, the proposal "Building Keys to Live Together" was designed, with which it is concluded and recommends that coexistence in schools should be a joint effort among the various educational agents, students and parents guided by the coexistence manual to train them towards a culture of peace.Las entidades educativas tienen como misión contribuir a fortalecer el desarrollo intelectual del estudiante, no obstante, y de acuerdo a lo establecido en la Constitución Política de Colombia y la Ley General de Educación, también formarlos en su comportamiento, por ello, en el presente trabajo de investigación se buscó analizar la prevención del acoso escolar como fundamento para la convivencia en básica primaria. Este trabajo de investigación se llevó a cabo con los estudiantes de grado quinto de la Institución Educativa Rural María Auxiliadora en el corregimiento de los Andes de Guamal Magdalena, Colombia, fundamentado en un enfoque racionalista, paradigma mixto (cuanti-cualitativa), investigación descriptiva-explicativa, como instrumento se aplicó un cuestionario a los estudiantes sujetos de estudio, previo consentimiento de los padres de familia. A partir de los resultados donde se evidencian debilidades en los procesos convivenciales de los actores en la escuela, se diseñó la propuesta “Construyendo Claves para Vivir Juntos”, con la cual se concluye y recomienda que la convivencia en las escuelas debe ser un trabajo conjunto entre los diversos agentes educativos, estudiantes y padres de familia orientados por el manual de convivencia para formarlos hacia una cultura de paz
