This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of self-efficacy on the performance of Palembang bank teller employees and to determine whether there is an influence of competence on the performance of Palembang bank teller employees. The population in this study were all Palembang bank tellers. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method with a total sample of 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis using the help of the SPSS 26 for windows program. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that self-efficacy has a positive effect on the performance of Palembang bank tellers and competence has a positive effect on the performance of Palembang bank tellers
