This article discusses methodologies based on EEG - electroencephalography, applied to ED - emotional design and consequently, to the relationship between the user and the product. The objective is to understand whether, based on the brain response, it is possible to identify the individual’s emotional factors when interacting with the products. The process by which users enjoy experiences when interacting with products is the result of a context of use, fundamental for companies as well as for designers in the design and development of more positive new products.
