A major concern of higher education institutions is the employability of their graduates. In order to increase those prospects a close match between the training the university provides to their students and the requirements of the industry must be achieved. Understanding and effectively knowing the needs and requirements of enterprises and the industry in terms of employee’s knowledge and competencies is crucial to higher education. On the other hand a major effort must to be constantly pursued in order to advertise and illustrate the level of quality and competence of our engineering graduates
