Purpose: To investigate the utility of post-acquisition computed diffusion-weighted imaging (cDWI) for primary prostate cancer (PCa) evaluation in biparametric whole-body MRI (bpWB-MRI). Methods: Patients who underwent pelvic MRI for PCa screening and subsequent bpWB-MRI for staging were included.
