This dataset contains model-generated group-level connectomes of phase-synchronization 1.) between 74 left-hemispheric regions of the Destrieux brain atlas, and 2.) between 74 right-hemispheric regions of the Destrieux brain atlas (Destrieux et al. (2010)). Model dynamics were generated by simulating a model of 74 Wilson-Cowan oscillators (Wilson & Cowan (1972)), with links between oscillators specified by a diffusion MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)-based connectome.
