This is a csv file of various disease associations found for carnivores with parasite species added (if available). Additionally, transmission mode from the Global Mammal Parasite Database (https://doi.org/10.1002/ecy.1799) is included when applicable. Columns in this dataset include species (species), disease name (disease), parasite name (ParasiteGMPD), and whether the transmission mode is close, non-close, vector-borne, or intermediate (columns close, nonclose, vector, and intermediate). </div
