Joe Guidry speaks with Robert Martinez of the Environmental Lands Acquisition and Protection Program [ELAPP]. In the interview, Martinez recalls his childhood in Tampa, Florida and the history and agricultural environment therein. Martinez continues on recanting his academic career and his entrance into environmental matters.
