A comparative study of the mass/count distinction in four languages (French, English, Hebrew and Haitian creole). The descriptive results support the assumption that the mass/count distinction is not inherent to lexical roots but arises from syntax.Etude comparative de la distinction massique/comptable dans quatre langues (français, anglais, hébreu et créole haïtien).
