This project evaluates patient and provider preferences and perspective on the future of telemedicine use in primary care as we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic. As our healthcare system adapted to the COVID-19 pandemic, use of telemedicine surged practically overnight. The pandemic created a necessity for rapid innovation in telemedicine, including accessibility and insurance coverage.
