Razvijena je metoda za kvantitativno određivanje ostataka glifosata i njegovih metabolita AMPA, N-acetil-AMPA i N-acetil-glifosat vezanim sustavom tekućinska kromatografija spektrometrija masa u masnom tkivu, jetri, jajima, mlijeku i medu. Analiti su ekstrahirani iz uzoraka sa 1 % mravljom kiselinom u vodi (v/v). Predloženi analitički postupci validirani su u skladu sa smjernicama SANTE/12682/2019 pri čemu su provedene validacije na svim matricama kroz određivanje granica kvantifikacije, preciznosti i točnosti.
