We transcribe their most relevant data and analyze the data that we extract from them, the ecclesial world of the time in Seville, the social condition, the academic level, the origin, the age of admission and the perseverance of the religious in this period.Resumen: Con el presente trabajo damos a conocer los asientos del segundo libro de profesiones del Monasterio de San Leandro que abarca desde 1636 a 1670, que se encuentran en el mismo. Contiene exámenes de hábito y profesión, así como partidas de tomas de hábito, profesiones, licencias de entrada en la clausura y cometimientos.
