Objective: To make Galangin-PLGA nanoparticles (GL-PLGA NPs) were prepared using the biodegradable material polylactic-coglycolic acid (PLGA) as the carrier material, and the formulation was optimized. Methods: Nanoparticles were prepared by modified emulsification-solvent evaporation method and the content of galangin was determined by HPLC.
