International audienceSince 1997, recording thermometers measure water temperature on an hourly basis at around thirty sites in Limousin streams, upstream and downstream of dams and bodies of water. The results are presented according to a geographical approach at different scales. The regional scale is studied using thermometers in streams not influenced by bodies of water, upstream of them. The Limousin oceanic climate, characterized by its low annual thermal amplitude, its rains in all seasons with a summer minimum and the instability of the weather, determines water temperatures.
