Ca²⁺ channel antagonists differentially regulate vape-induced inflammation when the treatments are supplemented with a subsequent 24-h pathogen challenge.

Mice were simultaneously vaped and treated with the Ca2+ channel antagonists Pyr6, Pyr10 or 2-APB, then challenged with a sub-lethal dose of K. pneumoniae and euthanized for BAL fluid and lung tissue collection. n = 6 mice per treatment group.
