Amino acid sequence alignment of the DBD of the Platyhelminth HR96b shows a novel NR zinc finger motif (CHC2) is present in parasitic Platyhelminth NRs. A histidine residue replaces the second cysteine residues in the D-Box of zinc finger II forming a novel CHC2 motif.
