Analysis of G2/M cell cycle arrest under PTX in MDA-MB-157 & APC shRNA1 cells.

(A) Cell cycle analysis of untreated and PTX treated MDA-MB-157 and APC shRNA1 cells using flow cytometry. Nocodazole was used as a positive control because it is known to induce G2/M arrest.
