National audienceThis study is based on ten ceramic assemblages extracted from five excavations in the urban center of Valentia and two excavations of rural estates on the outskirts of the town. It allows us a better understanding, for the period between the end of the second century and the fifth century, of the supply issue of this sector of the middle Rhône valley, and in particular its close ties with the Grimpeloup and Amour-de-Dieu workshops on the right bank of the Rhone in the town of Saint-Péray (Ardèche).
