In this article we discuss the management and construction of e-reputation (or online reputation) of an organization through the prism of documentary mediation. We propose a methodology of informational structuration for firms on social networks based on informational recommendation by internet users, which we called facilitator-agents, and which permit to firm to identify signals of compliance and build discourses in adequation with opinions and expectations of their audiences.
