International audienceDepressed and anxiety states represent respectively 12% of general population. They are associated with alexithymia dimensions like difficulties in verbalization of emotions (Berthoz et coll., 1999). The aim of the research is to identify the relations between anxiety, depression and social sharing of emotions considered as a process of interpersonal emotional regulation (Rimé, 2007).
