Le produsage des hashstags sur Twitter, une pratique affiliative

International audienceThe article presents the findings of a study on the use of a social web platform in a specific professional community. The main purpose was to analyze the characteristics of the hashtags chosen by expert Internet users on the digital social network Twitter. This study is based on a corpus of tweets from users belonging to the community of school librarian teachers. By comparing the use of hashtags in both professional and personal Twitter accounts, it was possible to look into the semantic and pragmatic functions of these tools used for indexing. Particular attention was paid to professional habits for thematic classification and their variations in online messages.L’article présente une recherche sur les fonctions d’une plateforme du web social dans une communauté professionnelle identifiée. L’objectif est d’analyser les caractéristiques des hashtags attribués par des internautes experts sur le réseau social numérique Twitter. Cette étude exploratoire s’appuie sur un corpus de tweets constitué sur le critère de l’affiliation à la communauté professionnelle des professeurs-documentalistes. À partir d’une comparaison de l’usage des hashtags dans des comptes Twitter institutionnels et personnels, nous analysons les fonctions sémantiques et pragmatiques de ces outils d’indexation. Une attention particulière est portée au rapprochement entre les pratiques professionnelles d’indexation thématique et leurs variations dans les messages en ligne
