ABSRTRACT Title: how teachers make meeting with artworks: professional gestures to the test This article intends to return to the establishment of training schemes that led, to be followed for twelve years a group of teachers. It describes how teachers conduct encounters with a work of arts and what is required on a professional work to ask these encounters: professional identity, personal conception and relationship at artwork. How they operate, and what are the conditions for the implementation of an accompaniment to bring these teachers to feel comfortable with the art?Cet article se propose de revenir sur la mise en place de dispositifs de formation qui a conduit le suivi d'un groupe d'enseignants. Il décrit comment les enseignants mènent des rencontres avec les oeuvres et ce qu'il est nécessaire sur un plan professionnel de poser face à ces rencontres : identité professionnelles, conceptions personnelles et rapport à l'oeuvre.
