Proceedings of the 1993 Georgia Water Resources Conference, April 20-21, 1993, Athens, Georgia.Prompted by tremendous local development in the 1980's, the Douglasville-Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority generated a comprehensive Watershed Management Plan designed to allow for controlled growth within the drainage basins tributary to the water courses used for the area's public water supply while preserving the short- and long-term integrity of those supplies.
