Cadrecha - Spring Centennial Lecture

Presented on January 7, 2009 from 6 to 7 pm in the Architecture Auditorium.Manuel Cadrecha (Arch 1977) is an expert in corporate, commercial and civic architecture. As a Design Principal at Perkins + Will with over two decades of experience, Manuel’s creative solutions have been recognized with numerous regional and national design awards. Manuel’s design for the CDC National Center for Environmental Health recently achieved a LEED Gold Certification, the First Federal Government High-Performance Laboratory to achieve that distinction. He is also a national leader for the firm’s corporate + commercial + civic practice. Manuel is recognized as a successful consensus builder, creating a unified design tone for each project. He is a visiting design critic at the Georgia Institute of Technology and serves on both the curriculum advisory board and the alumni advisory board. Manuel has also served on the board of the Latin American Association, the St. Joseph’s Mercy Care Board and the Cultural Diversity Board of Atlanta’s High Museum of Art. Manuel serves on the firm’s Board of Directors
