Georg Landauer was born November 17, 1895 in Cologne, Germany and died February 5, 1954 in New York. He studied law and obtained his degree in 1923. An ardent Zionist, he worked in various capacities, always a very active figure in public and political life in Jerusalem and later in the State of Israel.
