Professor Zvi Eyal

Digital imageZvi Eyal was born in Holland in 1925. He was captured by the Nazis during World War II and held prisoner until he escaped in 1944. He immigrated to Palestine in 1946, and studied medicine at The Hebrew University. He became a Professor of Surgery at The Hebrew University in 1976.
