Participants will be provided with tools to initiate the steps to dissemination. Participants will generate strategies together for developing scholarship that are applicable to their fields. Objectives: 1. Reflect on how scholarship fits into your career plan. 2. Define and describe scholarship in academic health sciences. 3.
