The context of this work is celestial mechanics. More precisely, in the framework of a collaboration with the French Space Agency, we have dealt with the orbit transfer problem. We study the minimum time control of a satellite that we want to reach a geostationnary orbit. The contributions of this thesis are of three kinds. Geometric, first, since we study the controllability of the system together with the geometry of the transfer (structure of the command) by means of geometric control tools. Then we present spectral and pseudo-spectral resolution methods, based on Chebyshev polynomials, as well as algorithms relying upon a wavelet-adaptive discretization.
