Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) anisotropies contain a wealth of information about physics in the primordial universe. Their spatial power spectrum depends on cosmological parameters which characterise the matter and energy contents of the Universe as well as its evolution. Precise measurement of the CMB power spectrum requires the separation of astrophysical foreground emissions present in the submillimeter range of the spectrum. After a short presentation of the standard model of cosmology and of the different foreground emissions in millimeter wavelengths, we present a survey of the existing component separation methods.
