We are focusing here on the automatisation of this task combining heavy computation and bargaining between the different actors (workers, managers and customers). A complete review of usual timetabling preference models is performed. We propose a new model, preference constraint, combining preference binary relation from decision theory and soft constraint from constraint programming.
