This thesis aims at the study of charged nuclear cosmic rays with energy beteween several hundred MeV and 1~TeV, which can bring answers to fundamental questions such as primordial matter/antimatter asymetry, dark matter or cosmic ray propagation in the galaxy. These phenomena must or can be studied through light antimatter nuclei detection. But the interaction of the primary cosmic rays with the terrestrial vicinity leads to the production and magnetic trapping of secondary paticules, including light antimatter nuclei.
