This work is devoted to the experimental study of coherent dynamical transport in mesoscopic conductors. We have built a highly sensitive vector analyser at ultra low temperature (30 mK) allowing to mesure for the first time complex admittance of quantum circuit in the frequency range 1-2 GHz with a remarkable phase accuracy. Thus, we validate the theoretical work of A. Prêtre, H. Thomas et M. Büttiker about the coherent AC transport through the serial association of a quantum capacitance and a quantum resistor, the paradigm of the quantum RC circuit. We showed experimentally that the charge relaxation resistance is not the mesoscopic DC resistance which would be expressed in terms of transmission probabilities. This resistance is constante...
