The study presented here relates to the prediction and the observation of stellar occultations by the asteroids. The subject includes the modelling and the development of algorithms of predictions of stellar occultation and the improvement of their precision through theoretical and observational considerations. For that I initially develop all the definitions relating to the ephemeris by attaching me more particularly to the concepts of celestial and terrestrial reference frames. Then I present the various time scales being attached to it for finally proposing computation algorithms of planets, asteroids and stars ephemeris with an internal precision of about 0".001.
