The objective rests on the treatment and analyzes nonstationary signals, multi-components. For the treatment (filtering and denoising), we propose new tools based on the Huang-Transform (or empirical modal Decomposition: EMD). On the basis of the Teager-Kaiser Energy Operator, we propose a new operator of measurement of interaction between two complex signals. We establish the theoretical properties with the time-frequency distributions of the class of Cohen. We show that it is a measurement of similarity and that it is adapted to the detection of signals. For the analysis, we introduce a new method time-frequency based on the joint use of the EMD and the Teager-Kaiser operator: the Huang-Teager Transform (THT). To illustrate these concepts...
