Automating the CAD/CAM process needs the conversion of the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) model into a CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) model designed to support the tasks associated to manufacturing planning (process planning, fixture selection and tool path computation).Our work, within the framework of the RNTL USIQUICK Project, is to propose a conversion methodology in order to obtain a CAM Model dedicated to 5axis aeronautical parts milling.
