This thesis studies the bidimensional flows of foam around obstacles. After a recall of the context in foam rheology research, the experimental setup is presented: the goal is to generate the flow of a foam, constituted by a monolayer of bubbles confined between a soap solution and a glass plate, around an obstacle, and to simultaneously measure the force exerted by the foam on the obstacle, and the various fields describing locally the flow. A systematic study of the drag on various obstacles, and of the dissipation, versus numerous control parameters (flow rate, bubble size, bulk viscosity, monolayer thickness) is then described.
