This action-research focuses on a project in which trainee teachers in Paris and PGCE students in London are working together to create a multimedia resource. Our hypothesis is that such a task is likely to help the French trainee teachers learn English. More precisely, our research questions centre around how this project contributes to their L2 acquisition, particularly with regard to developing their oral production in English, a key skill for them as they are expected to teach English in their classes.
