This thesis deals with the realization of a Bose-Einstein condensation set-up combined with optical tweezers allowing the transport of the condensate. This set-up aims at separating the place where the condensate is produced from the zone of its study. In that second zone, we plan to do atom interferometry experiments where coherent matter waves would be guided using optical structures generated by the optical tweezers.Many efforts have been devoted to the realization of the optical apparatus needed for laser cooling and to the generation of magnetic fields in order to obtain a coherent atom cloud of high stability.
