Technological progress in astronomical instrumentation raise variousissues. Thanks to the growing sensor sensitivity,monospectral imagery make it possible to discover objects which werepreviously impossible to detect. The development of multispectral sensorsyields extremely valuable data. Nevertheless interpretation andprocessing of such images remain tricky for the astronomicalcommunity. Within the framework of this thesis we propose a set ofmethods that make the interpretation process easier for theastronomer.
