This thesis manuscript is divided into two parts. The first one presents the recent results concerning bidimensional (2D) Bose gases. In a homogenous and interacting 2D Bose gas, even there is no Bose-Einstein condensate at finite temperature, a transition between a normal phase and a superfluid phase was predicted by Berezinskii, Kosterlitz, and Thouless. Our experience consisted in studying this transition for an atomic gas in a harmonic trap. For this purpose, we cut a tridimensional Bose-Einstein condensate into two independent 2D clouds.
