The proton to electron mass ratio determination by using H2+ vibrational spectroscopy requires theoretical and experimental determinations of the transition frequencies with an uncertainty in the kHz range. Nowadays, the relativistic and radiative corrections computations reach an uncertainty of a few tens of kHz which allow a high resolution spectroscopy experiment. The experiment we have built is composed of two parts. The first is the setup to prepare the ions cloud, and to detect the vibrational transition. It is based on a selective photodissociation of H2+ vibrational states in an hyperbolic Paul trap.
