The numerical simulation of fluid-structure interaction by the finite element method has been studied in the context of The Navier-Stokes equations for an incompressible Newtonian viscous fluid in interaction with an elastic solid.The formulation Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian (ALE) was used, by considering a dynamic grid, where the solid is described by a Lagrangian formulation and the fluid by a Eulerian formulation. The fluid model validation is carried out by considering academic tests and concerns: flow around a step, the Cavity, the flow around a cylinder...
