Rédigée en septembre 2007- The analysis of deviations of mechanisms is usually made with the assumption that the components are rigid. The used tools come from the mechanism theory. They lead to use a mobility parametrization (Small Displacement Torsors). The analysis of deformation is made assuming that the geometry is perfect. The problem is to link those two worlds. In this document we try to give some answers. We have made an extension of the theory of ?SDT domains? used in tolerancing. Thus the analyses of deviations of flexible mechanisms can be made in the worst case (assumptions of our tolerancing models). The mathematical developments are not easy to understand to the designer.
