In a realistic forecast it is supposed to demonstrate (or confute) the existence of the Higgs boson for the year 2014. After this date the physics of rare events will be explored more in details and an upgrade of the luminosity can make an important difference in the program of experiments at CERN.This thesis proposes several ideas to increase the luminosity of ATLAS and CMS experiments, the main scientific experiments of LHC.
