The goal of this thesis is to improve the understanding of the interactions between aerosols and clouds. With this intention, we have to cover as broad and various subjects as instrumental development, statistical analysis and modeling. Thus, we were brought to install and develop a sampler of cloudy air at the puy of Dome observatory. It now allows a continuous sampling even in cloudy conditions. It was then followed with two campaign of measurements during the winters 2000 and 2001 wich end in a collection of more than 600000 samples.
