Time-frequency representations show the spectral evolution of a signal in time. The goals of this work is to propose two segmentation principles of time-frequency plane, trying to determine the time-frequency areas which present an interest in relation to the analyzed signal.The first method is based on a statistical method, taking as a model of the analyzed signal the sum of a signal of interest to segment and a white Gaussian noise of unknown variance. The aim is to determine the time-frequency support, that is all the points on which the energy of the signal to segment is distributed.
