Cancer is a disease characterized by the anarchistic and uncontrolled proliferation of cells having escaped to the normal mechanisms of control of their regulation and their differentiation. Many therapies aiming mainly the tumoral cells are used to limit this pathological process. The chemical agents are able to interact on several pharmacological targets like DNA, ARN or proteins of these abnormal cells. Among these chemical entities, the heterocyclic quinazoline is represented in many of the drugs (gefitinib, erlotinib).
