Due to the large number of indoor air pollutants, ventilation aims at providing a sufficient air renewal in order to ensure a good indoor air quality (IAQ). Conversely, buildings energy requirements lead to adapting various ventilation strategies: these strategies aim at reducing the energy losses by air renewal, but at times fail to maintain good air quality. The objective of the present thesis is to make an evaluation of the performances of ventilation systems based on these two criteria.
