The incidence of skin cancers is steadily increasing. Their in vivo early diagnosis and characterization is an important issue. Our spatially resolved multi-modality spectroscopy approach aims at coupling autofluorescence (AF) and diffuse reflectance (DR) measurements, non invasively. The instrumentation developed allows to co-localized measures in multiple autofluorescence excitation (7 excitation peaks centered at 360, 368, 390, 400, 410, 420 and 430 nm) and diffuse reflectance (390 to 720 nm) spatially resolved at 5 inter-fiber distances (271, 536, 834, 1076, 1341 μm).
