During the industrialization phase, the allocation of tolerances is a key step which guarantees production of assemblies conformed to the level of the performance required. Traditionally, the tolerance is described by a bilimite. Nevertheless, this description has some inconsistencies. In 2002, Prof. M. Pillet has suggested a solution to these inconsistencies, called inertia. This thesis is a continuance of the works of Pr M and Pillet PA Adragna. Our contribution is structured into five chapters.
